Cili77 is more than just another online gaming platform. We are a community, we are an experience, and we are a trusted companion for every player seeking quality entertainment at their fingertips.
Cili77 was founded with a simple yet powerful vision — to make online gaming easier, safer, and more enjoyable specifically for the Malaysian community. We understand that local players have unique needs: a familiar language, payment methods they already use, and support they can reach at any time of day.
From day one, we committed to being more than just another generic platform that doesn't care who its users are. Every decision we make — from interface design to selecting game providers — is made with the Malaysian player experience as the priority.
The road for cili77 has never been easy. There were times we had to make tough calls, turning down shortcuts to protect the integrity and trust we had built. But that's exactly what makes us who we are today — a platform you can trust completely.
"We didn't build this platform purely for profit. We built a digital home for the Malaysian gaming community that deserves nothing but the best."
— The cili77 Founding TeamSix key reasons why cili77 is the number one choice of the local gaming community
All transactions and personal data are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by major banking institutions. Play with peace of mind, because your security is our top priority.
Your winnings are processed as quickly as possible — most withdrawals to local banks are completed within 30 minutes. No hidden fees, no unnecessary delays.
A Malay-language interface, local-language customer support, and payment methods familiar to Malaysians — from Maybank to Touch 'n Go. cili77 understands what you need.
From the latest video slots and Live Casino with professional dealers, to sports betting and classic card games — everything is available on one platform with no need to register elsewhere.
The cili77 customer support team is ready to assist at any time via live chat and email. Your issues will be taken seriously and resolved promptly — never dragged out.
The cili77 app is optimized for smaller screens without compromising quality. Compatible with iOS and Android — live casino video streams run smoothly even on a standard 4G connection.
Every decision we make — from product design and partner selection to how we handle complaints — is guided by these core values. Not just words on paper, but principles we genuinely live by every day.
Trust is not something that can be bought or forced. It is built piece by piece through consistent action — every time we process a withdrawal on time, every time our support team resolves an issue with genuine care, every time we improve the platform based on player feedback.
At cili77, we understand that in the online gaming industry, trust is the most valuable asset. That is why we don't take shortcuts. We invest in best-in-class technical infrastructure, partner with verified and licensed game providers, and ensure all financial processes meet the highest security standards.
Cili77 is about more than gaming — it's about community. We see every member not just as a user, but as part of the extended cili77 family. That's why we invest the time and resources to make sure every interaction with our platform feels personal and meaningful.
From a loyalty programme that rewards our dedicated players, to special promotions marking Malaysian celebrations — we are always looking for ways to show our appreciation to the community that has trusted us throughout this journey.
One thing we never compromise on is our commitment to responsible gaming. We believe a great gaming platform isn't just about delivering the best experience — it's also about making sure that experience stays healthy and safe for every player.
Cili77 provides a range of self-control tools including daily deposit limits, account break options, and easy access to help resources. We also train our support team to recognize signs of problem gaming and respond with empathy and care.
Awards & Recognition: cili77 continues to receive positive feedback from the Malaysian player community for our commitment to transparency, withdrawal speed, and consistently high customer service quality throughout the year.
A dedicated team working hard every day to ensure your experience is always at its best
Cili77 operates to strict industry standards to ensure safety and fairness for all players
Cili77 takes seriously our responsibility as a platform trusted by hundreds of thousands of Malaysian players. We understand that the trust each member places in us is a commitment we cannot take lightly. That's why we consistently strive to exceed expectations in every aspect of our service.
One way we demonstrate this commitment is through a strict transparency policy. All promotions and bonuses carry clearly written, easy-to-understand terms. No hidden wagering requirements. No withdrawal limits that appear out of nowhere without explanation. What you see is what you get — and that's not just a tagline, it's how we operate.
We also continuously invest in security technology to ensure your account and funds are always safe. Two-factor authentication, real-time suspicious activity monitoring, and a dedicated cybersecurity team all work in the background to protect you — even when you don't notice it.
